  1. General policy: No refunds are provided for any transactions. Item may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. Shoes must be in brand new, unworn condition with no signs of wear, stains, or use on sole or upper. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if these conditions are not met.

    一般情況:所有交易恕不設退款服務。顧客須於快遞簽收日起7日內辦理換貨手續,貨品需保持全新狀態,所有吊牌及原包裝完整無缺。鞋履必須為全新未穿著狀態,鞋底及鞋面不得有任何磨損、污漬或使用痕跡。如不符合上述條件,本店有權拒絕換貨申請。

  2. Shoes must be in brand new, unworn condition with original packaging; we reserve the right to refuse exchanges if conditions are not met.

    鞋履須保持全新未穿著狀態,包裝完整無缺。如不符條件,本店有權拒絕換貨。

  3. Each pair can be exchanged once for a different size (same style and colour only).

    每雙鞋僅能換一次尺碼,款式及顏色須相同。

  4. Exchange value

    Exchange value must be the same as or higher than the original receipt amount. Any unused exchange credit will be forfeited and will not be refunded in cash or any other form.

    換貨金額須等同或高於原交易金額,如有差額需由顧客補回。任何未使用之金額餘額將被視為放棄,不會退回現金或以任何形式發還。

  5. Non-exchangeable items

    Final sale / discounted items are not eligible for exchange. Personal hygiene items (e.g. socks, shoes accessories and shoes care products), and clearly marked defective or display items are non-exchangeable.

    特賣/折扣貨品恕不接受換貨。個人衛生用品(例如襪類、鞋子配件及保養產品)及已清楚標示為瑕疵品或陳列品之貨品,一律不設退換。

  6. If you need to exchange an online order, please contact our customer service first to confirm the size and stock availability. After confirmation, customer service will provide the shipping details for return or arrange an in-store exchange for size only (same style and colour), subject to stock availability. Please note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning products for exchange. Shipping costs for sending out the new item will be covered by us.

  7. Quality issue exception: If manufacturing or quality defects are found (e.g. non-human-caused sole separation, breakage, serious stitching or material issues), please return to the store within 30 days from the purchase date with the product and original receipt for inspection. Refund, exchange, or repair will be arranged based on our assessment of the condition.

    品質問題例外:如發現鞋履存在製造或品質問題(例如非人為引起的脫膠、斷裂、嚴重開線或物料瑕疵等),請於購買日起計30日內,攜同商品及正本收據回店,由本店檢查後按實際情況安排退款、換貨或維修。

    Please note that normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or issues arising from personal wearing habits are not considered manufacturing defects.

  8. Refunds for confirmed quality issues will be processed online only, via the original payment method. Online purchases cannot be refunded or returned in-store. If quality issues are found, please contact customer service first with your order details and photos. After confirmation that the product requires inspection, you may return the item for examination. Upon confirmation of quality issues, returns can be arranged either in-store or via shipping exchange. Return shipping costs for quality issues will be covered by us.

  2. Official receipt required

    Item can be exchanged once only with the official receipt presented.
